CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: September 8, 2026
The Hair Extension Membership is a recurring subscription billed at $129 USD per month until canceled or discontinued.
1. Cancel at Any Time
You may cancel your Membership at any time. There is no long-term commitment and no cancellation fee.
2. How to Cancel Online
Log in to your customer account on https://www.zylapp.com/.
Click Account, then Digital Products, Memberships, or Subscriptions.
Select the Hair Extension Membership.
Click Go Manage Subscription, if shown.
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm the cancellation.
The available labels may vary slightly depending on the device and Squarespace account interface.
3. Cancellation Deadline
Cancel before your next scheduled renewal payment to avoid the next $129 charge. Your renewal date is displayed in your customer account.
If the online cancellation option is unavailable because of an account or technical problem, email anastasiazyl.app@gmail.com before the renewal charge. Include the name and email address associated with your Membership. We will use the time your request was received when reviewing whether it was submitted before renewal.
4. What Happens After Cancellation
After cancellation:
all future Membership renewal charges stop;
you will normally retain access until the end of the billing period already paid for;
access ends when that paid billing period expires;
cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the current or previous billing period.
You should retain the cancellation confirmation for your records. If you do not receive confirmation or your account still shows an upcoming renewal, contact anastasiazyl.app@gmail.com.
5. Refunds
Completed Membership payments are non-refundable and are not prorated solely because of cancellation, except where required by applicable law or as stated in the Refund Policy.
6. Cancellation or Discontinuation by Us
We may cancel a Membership for a material violation of the Terms of Service, including account sharing, unauthorized distribution of content, fraud, or abuse of the platform.
We may also discontinue the Membership program. If the program is discontinued, future charges will stop and members will be notified. Whenever reasonably possible, access will continue through the end of the current paid period. If access ends early, an appropriate prorated refund will be provided for the unused portion unless another remedy is permitted by applicable law.
