TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the Hair Extension Membership offered by EZ Extension Corp through https://www.zylapp.com/. By purchasing or using the Membership, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Cancellation Policy.
1. The Membership
The Hair Extension Membership is an ongoing digital education program for hair extension stylists. It may include video lessons, tutorials, demonstrations, stylist Q&As, real salon cases, and other educational materials relating to K-Tips, Ice Fusion, application, placement, removal, corrections, and related professional techniques.
The Membership currently includes immediate access to the available lesson library, with new educational content scheduled to be added weekly. We may reasonably update lesson topics, format, instructors, organization, and publishing schedule as the Membership develops. Any material change or discontinuation will be handled as described below.
2. Eligibility and Professional Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase the Membership.
The Membership is designed for stylists who already understand the basics of hair extension application. It is not a beginner certification course, cosmetology license, or substitute for any license, training, supervision, sanitation requirement, or professional obligation required in your location.
You are solely responsible for determining whether a technique is appropriate for a particular client and for complying with applicable professional, health, safety, and licensing requirements.
3. Price and Recurring Billing
The Membership costs $129 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes. Your payment method will be charged when you join.
By purchasing the Membership, you expressly authorize EZ Extension Corp and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method $129 USD automatically each month until you cancel or the Membership is discontinued.
Your next renewal date is shown in your customer account. Monthly renewal dates may adjust when a month does not contain the corresponding calendar date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your customer account. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next scheduled renewal payment.
To cancel:
Log in to your customer account on https://www.zylapp.com/.
Click Account, then Digital Products, Memberships, or Subscriptions.
Select the Hair Extension Membership.
Click Go Manage Subscription, if shown.
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm the cancellation.
After cancellation, future renewal charges will stop and you will normally retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already completed. If you cannot access the online cancellation option, email anastasiazyl.app@gmail.com before your next renewal date. 5. Refunds
Because access to digital educational content begins immediately, completed Membership payments are non-refundable and are not prorated, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Not using the Membership, changing your mind, forgetting to cancel before renewal, or not achieving a particular result does not create a right to a refund, except where required by law.
6. Educational Disclaimer and No Guaranteed Results
All Membership content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular technical, business, financial, client, or career result. Results depend on many factors, including your prior training, experience, practice, professional judgment, client suitability, and compliance with applicable requirements.
7. Personal and Non-Transferable Access
Your Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred. You may not share your login information or allow another person to access the Membership through your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All Membership videos, text, images, demonstrations, downloads, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to EZ Extension Corp and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your active Membership gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the materials for your own professional education. You may not copy, screen-record, download unless a download is expressly provided, reproduce, sell, distribute, publicly display, publish, upload, translate for distribution, create a competing course from, or use the materials to teach others commercially without prior written permission.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
share, resell, or sublicense Membership access;
record, reproduce, or distribute protected lessons or materials;
interfere with the website, payment system, or access controls;
use the Membership for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
misrepresent the Membership as a license, certification, or endorsement issued to you.
10. Suspension or Termination for Misuse
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have shared access, copied or distributed protected content, committed fraud, abused the platform, or materially violated these Terms. When permitted by law, no refund will be owed for termination resulting from your material breach. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
11. Technical Access
Membership access depends in part on Squarespace and third-party internet, hosting, and payment services. Temporary interruptions may occur. If a technical issue under our control materially prevents access, contact anastasiazyl.app@gmail.com so we can investigate and provide a reasonable remedy.
12. Changes or Discontinuation
We may reasonably update the Membership, its content, or these Terms. If we make a material change to the Membership or recurring price, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the change takes effect and obtain additional consent where required.
We may discontinue the Membership. If we do, future recurring payments will be stopped and members will be notified using the contact information associated with their accounts. Whenever reasonably possible, members will retain access through the end of their current paid billing period. If we end access before the end of a paid period, we will provide an appropriate prorated refund for the unused portion unless another remedy is permitted by applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ Extension Corp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Membership. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Membership will not exceed the amount you paid for the Membership during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any non-waivable consumer right.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, form the agreement governing the Membership.
